Our Story
Hamman Vacation Homes was born from a simple observation: travellers arriving in Dubai deserved more than impersonal hotel rooms. They deserved the warmth, space, and comfort of a real home — complete with stunning views, fully equipped kitchens, and the freedom to live on their own terms. Founded in 2017, we set out to bridge that gap by offering professionally managed vacation homes across Dubai's most iconic neighbourhoods.
As a fully licensed vacation home operator registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), every property in our portfolio meets strict regulatory and quality standards. We hand-select each home for its location, design, and amenities, then outfit it with premium furnishings, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, and hotel-grade linens. Our in-house housekeeping and maintenance teams ensure that each property is spotless and fully functional before every guest arrives.
Today, our portfolio spans over 200 properties in Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, JBR, Business Bay, City Walk, and Dubai Hills Estate.
